To help organisations better understand payments being collected via Teammo, we have introduced a dashboard within administrator accounts that provides an overview of volume ($) of payments collected, payment methods used and forfeit insights.
Additional reporting has been added to organisation accounts to better understand refunds. Our refund report provides a detailed list of refunded payments. Our bank debit report provides a breakdown of bank debits, which are charged to your account to cover refunds.
Team managers can request custom amounts ($) from team members in a single payment request. This is useful if team members are required to pay different amounts (e.g. siblings in a team).
Team managers can cancel team member payment requests if a mistake has been made. This prevents the team member from making a payment via the link in the SMS.
Organisations who have partnered with Teammo can download financial reporting to better understand what payouts received. Our payout summary report provides an overview of payouts made to your bank account with a summary of gross amount, net amount and fees. Our payout detailed report provides a breakdown of payments and refunds that make up with payout. This report is useful for detailed payout analysis.
Organisations that have multiple venues want to track payments based on location for a particular day. We've improved our filter on the organisation dashboard to allow multiple locations/venues to be selected.
We have released mobile app which is now available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. This provides options to team managers, organiser and clubs on how they access Teammo.
Team managers can choose to request a set amount of money from team members, or they can enter the total amount needed which is automatically divided amongst selected team members.
Teammo only sends SMS to team members if a team manager requests payment from them. Email is not currently used, so we have make this field optional when adding team member information to your account.
We've improved the design of match cards, tables and forms in the mobile experience to reduce clutter and make it easy for team managers to complete tasks from their account.
Teams connecting to their association no longer need to know their section to find their team. The section field is optional, so team managers just need to choose their competition and search for their team name.
If a fixture match changes (e.g. change of teams, match time etc), any payments made from teams are automatically transferred to an upcoming unpaid match. If there are no upcoming matches to pay for, a refund will be issued.
When team managers are requesting money from team members, they are now able to deselect/select all team members by the click of one button. This is great for large teams, and teams that collect money for games based on attendance. We have also improved reporting, so that team managers are able to quickly see total funds collected from a payment request, and dates of when team members paid.
We've improved design across the organisation interface and dashboard to ensure that navigation is clearer, text is easier to read, filters are more robust, and button styles are consistent.
Building on work done earlier this year to make fixture data imports more robust, we've added default field mapping for competition management solutions including SportsTG, PlayHQ and Fixi. This makes it quicker to import data. The connections page also allows you to keep track on when fixtures have been uploaded.
We've improved design across the team manager interface to ensure that navigation is clearer, text is easier to read, and button styles are consistent.
Team managers can now add multiple team members with the same mobile number. This is useful for teams that have siblings.
Clubs can now create a Teammo account on behalf of multiple teams within the club. The benefit of this is being able to manage all teams within a club, request payments in bulk, and have funds deposited into your club bank account.
Fixture CSV file imports are more streamlined. Whether you are using SportsTG, PlayHQ, Fixi, or another competition management solution, Teammo can import this data easily. Upon doing so, payments are setup automatically, and will appear in team manager accounts and your organisation dashboard.
Added the ability for sports leagues and associations to on-board and fill out all the details themselves. This includes match fees, seasons, competitions, notification contacts and bank information.
We've improved the design of the game day dashboard. We have also added more statuses to matches (pre-paid, cancelled, no-show) to add greater flexibility.
Sports leagues and associations that have variable game fees (i.e. number of players determines the price) can now set fees within Teammo accordingly. A minimum fee is also built-in.
Team managers can now make payments related to matches from within their Teammo account. This means that they don’t need to rely on payment links being sent via email and SMS. Match cards contain information related to upcoming matches which is taken from the league or association’s fixture data. Receipts are available for payments made.
Team managers can save their card details, so they only need to enter their details once. Card details are encrypted and stored to PCI DSS compliance standards.
Previously, to submit a forfeit, a team manager was required to enter a number of form fields. We've made this process much simpler. Once teams have connected with their club or association via Teammo, they can simply select the game they want to forfeit and make a payment. Notifications are sent automatically to impacted teams and relevant association staff once the payment is processed.
We’ve improved the design of the Team Manager interface and introduced a better menu to make it easier to navigate.
For sports leagues and associations using Teammo, we’ve created a more robust way for teams to connect with their associations to make match payments and submit forfeits.
We've added the ability for you to remind team members of a payment request.
