Frequently asked questions

How do I access Teammo?

You can access the Teammo platform from your website browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox). No mobile app downloads are required. Login here or create an account now.

If you would prefer to use our app, you can download the Teammo app on the App Store for iPhone and iPad or Google Play Store for Android devices.

What fees are associated with match payments?

There are no transaction fees incurred by team managers and clubs when you make payments to your league or association (e.g. match fees, forfeits etc).

For example, if your league charges $50.00 match fee each week, that is what you will pay. All processing fees are covered by your league or association.

Who needs to create a Teammo account?

Only one person from a team or club is required to create a Teammo account to manage team payments. Create an account here.‍ Multiple people can create an account and connect to the same team in their league or association. This is useful if there are multiple people in the team responsible for making payments to your league or association.

I’m having trouble making my payment.

There are several scenarios that could cause an error with your payment processing. Insufficient funds, and unsupported cards being used are the most common scenarios. Read more on how to get support for these issues. If you have further questions or issues with your payment, please contact our team via support@teammo.com.au or via the blue chat icon on the website.

Do I have to use Teammo to collect money from team members?

No. If you already have a method of collecting money from team members (e.g. bank transfer), you can continue using that method.

The benefits of using Teammo to collect payments from your team:

  • Manage all payments in the one location so you're not tracking multiple payment methods (e.g. bank transfer, cash).
  • Avoid awkward money conversations because Teammo sends SMS notifications to your team members on your behalf.
  • Save you time by not having to collect money in person.
  • It's simple for team members – they pay via SMS. They don't need a Teammo account.

If you would like to use Teammo to collect money from your team, you can choose how often you want to request money, and how much you want to collect. All money collected from team members via Teammo is deposited into your bank account. For most major banks, you will receive the money in 1-2 business days.
