Are you collecting fees from teams on a weekly basis? Use Teammo to manage the collection of match fees and eliminate in person payment collection.
Teams can pay for matches online using their Teammo account. Your staff can keep track of payments from your dashboard.
You can charge team match fees using a fixed price, or charge a variable fee based on the number of players playing.
Teammo uses team registration and fixture data from your competition management system. Whether you use GameDay, PlayHQ, Fixi or another solution to manage your competitions, we use information from these systems to give your match payments context.
Your staff can view a matches dashboard which shows the payment status for teams on any given day. We import your fixture data so that you can view payments by date, time of day, and location.
If you would like to offer Teammo as another payment option to your existing methods (e.g. EFTPOS, cash, invoice), you can mark off team payments from your matches dashboard.
Once a payment is made, funds are usually received within 1-2 business days. Payments are sent in daily batches by our payment processor.
Give your teams and clubs the option to pay fees online via Teammo. Using Teammo, they can pay week-to-week, or for games in advance. Teammo can also be used by teams and clubs to collect fees from members – making it quicker and easier for them to manage their finances.
Send payment requests to capture other fees from teams and individuals. For example, your teams/players might pay match fees upfront, or you have other ad hoc fees that arise throughout the season.
Create and send payment requests to teams and individuals, and track when you get paid.
Payments requests are sent via SMS and/or email – making it quick and easy for your members to pay.
If a payment request remains unpaid, automatic reminders are sent on the due date.

Forfeits are time intensive – notifying teams & chasing up fines. You can automate this process via Teammo, by allowing teams to submit and pay for forfeits online. We take care of the payment collection, and send forfeit notifications on your behalf.
Teams and clubs can simply log in to their Teammo account and select the game they are unable to play. Once they have paid for the forfeit, Teammo sends out notifications to your organisation and the opposition team.
Do you charge different fees depending on how much notice is given? You can set fees in Teammo to accommodate for the amount of notice given (e.g. less than or more than 24 hours notice).
Opposition team contacts are asked to confirm they have seen the forfeit by replying YES to the SMS they receive.
Hi Ivy, your team Ready Run Goers will not have a game at 8:30pm on 15 Sep 2021 against Bounce Passers due to a forfeit. Please confirm this SMS by replying YES & inform your team. Thanks, Creek Road Leagues. Sent by Teammo. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
If a forfeiting team or the opposition team have already paid for the match, Teammo automatically transfers the match payment to their next unpaid match.
Your organisation can set up a notification list of emails and/or SMS contacts. In the event of a forfeit, this list will be notified. Your matches dashboard will also be updated in real-time to show which matches have been forfeited.
