📱Do I have to download an app to use Teammo?

No. You can access the Teammo platform from your website browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox). No mobile app downloads are required. Login here or create an account now >

🆓 Do I have to pay to create a Teammo account?

No. It does not cost you anything to create a Teammo account.

🚫 What happens when my game is cancelled or a forfeit occurs and I've already paid for the game via Teammo?

We will always try to transfer your payment to your next unpaid game – unless there are no more games left or you prefer a refund. We'll get in touch with you. Read more here >

💵 If a team manager requests money from their team via Teammo, do team members need a Teammo account to pay?

No, team members do not have to create an account. When team managers request money from their team using Teammo, team members will receive an SMS with a link to pay - no account is required!
