Do I have to download an app to use Teammo?

No. You can access the Teammo platform from your website browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox). No mobile app downloads are required. Login here or create an account now >

If you would prefer to use an app, you can download the Teammo app on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. An Android version is coming in 2021.

Do I have to pay fees to use Teammo?

It is free for teams to create an account with Teammo. There are no additional fees charged when using Teammo to make payments to your association (e.g. for game fees, forfeits/walkovers).

If you are using Teammo to collect money from team members, there is a fee we charge to cover processing costs. This fee is 3.9%, and is charged to the team member on top of the amount requested. You are never out-of-pocket as a team manager. For example, if you request $10.00 from a player, they will be charged $10.39. You will receive $10.00 in your bank account.

How do I change my association connection in Teammo?

Once logged in, go to the 'Teams' page and click 'Edit' next to the relevant team. From here, you can click 'Change Association Connection' and follow the prompts. For more details on how to do this, visit this help article.

If a team manager requests money from their team via Teammo, do team members need a Teammo account to pay?

No, team members do not have to create an account. When team managers request money from their team using Teammo, team members will receive an SMS with a link to pay - no account is required!

What happens when my game is cancelled or a forfeit/walkover occurs and I've already paid for the game via Teammo?

We will always try to transfer your payment to your next unpaid game. If there are no more games left, a refund will be issued to the card used to make the game payment. Read more here >
