Get started or download our app to create your Teammo account.
If you’re a club, you only need to create one account to manage multiple teams. When you sign up, you will be asked to enter a team name. This can be changed once you have created your account.
After your Teammo account is created, a team will have also been created for you.
If you manage multiple teams, you can add more teams to your account. There's no limit to how many teams and team members you can have. Learn more on adding multiple teams.
Connect to your association by selecting your section and team in the drop down boxes. You're done!
If your association and/or team isn't showing, please skip this step and you can complete at a later date.
For more information on setting up your account, read our getting started guide.
You can access the Teammo platform from your website browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox). No mobile app downloads are required. Login here or create an account now.
If you would prefer to use our app, you can download the Teammo app on the App Store for iPhone and iPad or Google Play Store for Android devices.
There are no transaction fees incurred by team managers and clubs when you make payments to your league or association (e.g. match fees, forfeits etc).
For example, if your league charges $50.00 match fee each week, that is what you will pay. All processing fees are covered by your league or association.
Only one person from a team or club is required to create a Teammo account to manage team payments. Create an account here. Multiple people can create an account and connect to the same team in their league or association. This is useful if there are multiple people in the team responsible for making payments to your league or association.
There are several scenarios that could cause an error with your payment processing. Insufficient funds, and unsupported cards being used are the most common scenarios. Read more on how to get support for these issues. If you have further questions or issues with your payment, please contact our team via support@teammo.com.au or via the blue chat icon on the website.
No. If you already have a method of collecting money from team members (e.g. bank transfer), you can continue using that method.
